A-10 30mm Sheet Metal Finish Shell Casing

A real, genuine A-10 Warthog casing with a plastic projectile! The cannon round stands 11.25 inches tall, making it a great conversation piece! Each shell casing is purchased directly from the government and has been demilitarized meaning it cannot be used and is 100% safe, the primer is drilled out. These shells were genuinely used by the Army and have all of the details on them to signify that! "Because these Shell Casings and Projectiles are made from a once-fired US Military round, they may contain minor blemishes or scratches that are consistent with their history". The casing is sanded and polished by hand to create this beautiful metal finish!
Sanding takes a while due to two protective layers above the reinforced aluminum, it is incredibly difficult to sand through but I am capable.
Each casing will have imperfections I cannot get out without removing a substantial amount of material, these imperfections are from the round itself since these were genuinely used by the A10. I call them war scars, they may fade but will always be there.
